VOTING
RESTRICTIONS

Florida S.B. 90 would restrict drop box locations, include a vote by mail repeat request requirement, and threaten voter assistance by banning returning more than 2 ballots, and shorten the time that a voter can stay on the absentee ballot list.

IMPACT ON
STUDENT VOTERS

According to a Florida law passed in 2013, did not allow early voting sites on college campuses. That was reversed by a court in 2018 but did not go into enforcement until the 2020 election.
