  • Age Requirement to Register to Vote: 16 years old 

  • Polls open at 7AM and close at 8PM. As long as you are in line by 8PM, you will be able to vote.

RESTRICTIONS

The Massachusetts Senate by a vote of 36-3, passed a bill to permanently enstate the expansion of voting rights that were temporarily adopted during the 2020 election due to the pandemic.  The bill would expand early voting and allow same-day registration on election day in both the primary and general.

There is no online ballot application for requesting your mail-in ballot. It must be printed and signed.
