VOTING INFORMATION

  • Offices on the Ballot: U.S. Senator, Governor, Attorney General, Congress members, State Legislators

  • Can you register to vote online? Yes 

  • Age Requirement to Register to Vote: Must be 18 years old on or before next election to register

  • Polls open at 7am and close at 8pm. as long as you are in line by 8pm, you will be able to vote.

 primary election: 

  • Last Day to Register to Vote: July 19th

  • Last Day to Request an Absentee Ballot: August 2nd

  • Early Voting: June 24th to August 8th 

  • Election Day: August 9th  

 general election: 

  • Last Day to Register to Vote: On Election Day in Person 

  • Last Day to Request an Absentee Ballot: November 7th

  • Early Voting: September 23rd to November 7th 

  • Election Day: November 8th

RESTRICTIONS

Senate Bills 1003 and 1485 will restrict vote by mail access by imposing stricter signature requirements for absentee ballots and changing requirements to remain on absentee voter lists, respectively (Source: StatePress)
