VOTING
RESTRICTIONS
The Missouri Legislature has made it illegal for county election clerks to send unsolicited absentee ballot applications to residents. We saw in 2020 how mail-in voting saved our democracy. This is truly a step backwards with the intent to make it harder to vote.
IMPACT ON
STUDENT VOTERS
Missouri House Bill 1362, would make it illegal to send unsolicited absentee ballot applications to voters, which would be most helpful for students who are studying outside of their home.
