VOTING
RESTRICTIONS

Ohio’s State Legislature knows what they are up against. That is why they restricted the number of ballot drop box locations to one per county and only allowed these drop boxes to be open 10 days before the election. They also have made it harder for some ballots to be "cured" and would eliminate in person early voting the Monday before Election Day.

IMPACT ON
STUDENT VOTERS

Bill #HB294 seeks to shorten the mail ballot request period, require two forms of IDentification, and lower the amount of ballot drop boxes in the state. All of these efforts target students.
